Once you have created Ticket Categories, you can begin to add ticket packages. These are cards that will appear on the Ticket Category page to give users detailed information & specific CTA buttons for each package. Ticket Packages can also be displayed on Event Detail Pages.
To create a new ticket package navigate to /admin > Tickets > Ticket Packages & click the Create Ticket Package button.
Add a Ticket Package Title
Add Flag Text. This will add a call-out on the top left corner of the image on the ticket package card.
Select which ticket package category pages you want the ticket package to appear on. You can select as many options as you want, or none at all. Full Season Tickets would be on Season Tickets, but a Group Sales Threshold (like a photo on the ice or zamboni ride) could be visible on both Groups & Fan Experiences. If you have a package that is only available for specific games (like a Marvel 4-Pack) you may opt to not have it display on any ticket category page & only select it on that EDP.
Add a featured image. Images will be cropped. Upload images with a 16:9 radio (recommended minimum dimensions: 2560x1440). If you don't load an image there is a fallback image that you can set at /admin > Configuration > Pages Configuration > Tickets Pages
Add pricing (optional). These details will appear on the cards that appear on both the ticket category page & the EDP, so to provide context it is a good idea to fill this info out. They are text fields so you can say things like "starting at $24" or "Groups of 25+". The Primary, Secondary, and Note fields appear differently on the front-end, so play around & use what you think looks best.
Add Package Details in the WYSIYWG editor. This info will not appear on the cards present on the EDPs, but will show on the Ticket Category Pages.
You may also add additional modules to the ticket card. If you have a lot of details about a particular package you can truncate the info with an accordion module.
Add CTA Buttons (will appear within the ticket card).
- Tickets Link: Link directly to your ticketing provider. Please add the most direct link possible (so the user doesn't have to go searching for the package)
- Call Phone Number: This will add a button to call. Please include the Phone Number in the CTA so that desktop users can see the number.
- SMS Phone Number: This will initiate a text message. You can pre-load a text for the user to edit.
- Scroll to Form/Sidebar: This is REALLY important for mobile devices. 80% of your traffic is on a mobile device & when they are viewing a ticket package card they can click this button to be taken to the form.
- Send Email: This will initiate an e-mail. You can pre-load the subject line & message for the user to edit.
- Fevo Offer: This will utilize Fevo's Javascript to open their drawer (when possible)
- Spinzo Offer: This will utilize Spinzo's Javascript to open their drawer (when possible)
Choose where you want the ticket package card to appear.
- Show by default on Event Pages: Select this if you want the ticket package card to display (by default) on Event Detail Pages for Home Games. Don't check this for every package - just the ones that may be relevant to a casual fan looking at information about a specific game. It's unlikely they will make the jump to Season Tickets (and there are better ways to cross-promote that information - like Promotional Modules)
- Show ticket package on ticket category page: Select this if you want the card to appear on the ticket category page(s) that you selected above (in the ticket category section).
