Before you add a form to your website you first have to create the form. Once created, you may display your form.

Add a Form on a Page

You can add a form to a page by utilizing the Form Module. 

Create a Title for your form (This is publicly visible), Leading Content (optional), and select the form you want to insert. You may also add Trailing Content (WYSWYG Module below the form).
