If your website is for a venue or business that hosts events then this module should be activated.
Head to your admin panel, find the Events tab, and click New event.
Name Your Event
A custom event headline will allow you to name the event whatever you want. If you prefer to default to the event name reflecting the headliner(s) names then click that button.
Add Headlining and Supporting artists by typing their name & selecting the correct artist (if the artist profile
is already created), or by selecting +New Artist and filling in the artist information.
Event Status
By default, All events are "Scheduled". If you would like the event to be displayed as Cancelled, Postponed, or Rescheduled then select the appropriate option from the dropdown.
Select The Venue
If your organization has multiple venues then select the appropriate venue for the listing.
Add Facebook Event URL
If you would like for users to be able to easily click through to your Facebook event then add the event URL here.

Important Notes
Add any special notes you want to add as callouts for your event. Things such as "Clear Bag Policy", "Delayed Ticket Delivery", etc.
Feature Image
Upload the event image. Keep in mind the recommended aspect ratios for your specific site. Some sites may only display square images & others may show more rectangular images.
Publish Date
By default, All events are in draft mode & not published. You need to toggle the publish button on and select the announce date/time (then click save) for an event to publish.
Ticketing
Add your ticketing URL, On Sale Date, define the Tickets Button CTA label. The Ticket availability option allows you to Set the ticketing to one of the following:
- Available
- Not Available
- Sold Out
- Hide Tickets Button (for events without ticketing)
Performances
For most events all you need to add is the Date & Start time. You may add an End time if you want to display a time range for the event. You may also add additional performances by clicking the add date button. If ticketing URLs are different for each performance you may add those to each performance.
Meta Information
By default, We pull the headline, event image, and description for metadata (the information that appears when you share the event on social or when it appears in a Google SERP). If you prefer to have a bit more control you can override the defaults by adding your event information here.
